Two years ago I was in the same position. I decided before my son was born that I wanted to use cloth nappies, but I was so overwhelmed by the amount of information on the web that I found it impossible to make choice and so resorted to disposals. I finally took the plunge and switched to cloth when my son was 5 months old, and I haven't looked back.
I love using cloth nappies and I want to help other people to love using cloth nappies too. This is why I decided to become a Nappy Guru, working with Fill Your Pants, to provide free and impartial advice about the different nappy systems and brands available to buy.
